Brokerage services are provided to clients of UNest Holdings, Inc. via a registered broker-dealer, UNest Securities, LLC. UNest Securities, LLC. directs orders to Apex Clearing Corporation, Inc., our custodian and clearing agent (Apex), for execution. Apex makes any and all order routing decisions on orders submitted by UNest Securities, LLC. Apex routes 100% of our orders to broker-dealers or market centers for execution. The market centers where Apex routes orders may include dealers who make markets in these securities. You may view the quarterly 606 reports for Apex to learn more about their order routing practices.

Order Routing Disclosure

Depending on the security traded and absent specific direction from the Customer, orders are routed to market centers (i.e., broker-dealers, primary exchanges, or electronic communication networks) for execution. Routing decisions are based on several factors, including the size of the order, the opportunity for price improvement, and the quality of order executions, and decisions are regularly reviewed to ensure the duty of best execution is met. UNest Securities, LLC., as the Introducing Broker, may receive compensation or other consideration in circumstances where Apex places orders with market centers for execution. The amount of the compensation depends on the agreement reached with each venue. The source and nature of compensation relating to the Customer’s transactions will be furnished upon written request from Apex. Apex executes orders based on their own best execution procedures.
